May 8th at 7 pm Special General Meeting
We need you to help change our constitution!
This needed to be changed when we have moved to Phillipstown and all that is required of you is to read the remits, which were sent to you last month and vote on the changes; simple as. We need a quorum of 16 to be able to legally pass these changes.
We have the opportunity to wood fire with Halswell potters group in July 28.This is a wood kiln where we keep putting wood in the kiln and monitor it for about 8 hours. I will bring along some samples and discuss the wood firing techniques and the build up to loading the kiln etc. If you are interested please come along, vote and discuss taking part in a different type of firing.
Tuesday 10.00am to 3.00pm: you can carry on into the night session with Ken.This means you have all day to play with clay.
You may also arrange with Shona, after her class on Wednesday, to play until 4.00pm when the hub closes. The rooms are usually open during week days when the hub is open. First Saturday of the month: Anne is opening the rooms; if you would like to take part check her out on Mt Pleasant face book or email email@example.com.
Photographing your work for our web site: please bring along some of your work on club days so Graham Maguire firstname.lastname@example.org can take photos to put on the web site. It is looking rather good. All our information is there for you to see what going on in the club.
